Automated Lattice Review Cycle Tracking
Every Monday during an open review cycle, WebRun opens Lattice, checks completion of self reviews, manager reviews, and peer feedback for every employee, logs the status to Airtable, and emails each HRBP a summary of who on their team is behind.
How do I track completion of a Lattice review cycle?
WebRun tracks your Lattice review cycle every Monday. It checks self review, manager review, and peer feedback completion for every employee, logs the status to an Airtable tracker, and emails each HRBP a list of who on their team is still behind, so no review cycle closes with silent gaps.
- HRBPs know exactly who is behind before the cycle deadline
- Review completion rate tracked automatically every week
- No manual pull from Lattice needed to spot gaps

Questions, answered
Does it submit or write reviews on anyone's behalf?
No. It only reads completion status in Lattice. Writing or submitting a review always stays with the actual reviewer.
Who receives the incomplete list?
Only HRBPs, for their own team. WebRun never emails an individual employee about their own review status.
What happens once the cycle closes?
The Airtable tracker keeps the final completion rate for the cycle, so you have a record for next cycle's comparison.
