Automated Lattice One to One Agendas
Every Monday, WebRun opens Lattice, gathers each direct report's open goals, recent feedback, and last meeting's talking points, builds a prepared agenda per person in Google Sheets, and texts managers through Twilio so the half hour goes to the conversation, not to catching up.
How do I prepare one to one agendas from Lattice goals and feedback?
WebRun prepares every Lattice one to one before it starts. Each Monday it gathers the report's open goals, recent feedback, and unfinished points from last time, writes a structured agenda into the manager's Google Sheet, and texts a reminder through Twilio, so the meeting starts on the conversation rather than the catch-up.
- Every one to one starts with an agenda already filled
- Goals that have not moved are raised while there is time to help
- Unfinished points carry forward instead of being forgotten

1
Lattice - gather goals and feedback
WebRun opens Lattice to gather goals and feedback. - Open Lattice and list this week's scheduled one to ones by manager and report
- For each report, read their open goals with progress and any that have not moved
- Pull recent feedback given and received, and any review notes since the last meeting
- Carry over talking points left unticked from the previous agenda
Done when Every report has their open goals, recent feedback, and carried-over points gathered.
-
2
Google Sheets - build each agenda
WebRun opens Google Sheets to build each agenda. - Write a prepared agenda per report into the manager's one to one sheet
- Group it into goals to review, feedback to discuss, and unfinished points from last time
- Suggest two or three questions based on goals that have not moved in a fortnight
- Keep the sheet visible to the manager only, so nothing sensitive is shared wider
Done when Every one to one this week has a filled agenda in the sheet.
-
3
Twilio - remind the manager
WebRun opens Twilio to remind the manager. - Text each manager's own number the count of one to ones this week and where the agendas are
- Name any report whose goals have not moved since the last meeting
- Send only to internal manager numbers you configured. WebRun never texts an employee's personal number without that setup
- Leave writing into Lattice agendas to the manager. WebRun prepares, it does not post
Done when Managers know their agendas are ready before the week starts.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it post the agenda into Lattice or share it with the report?
No. The prepared agenda is written to the manager's own Google Sheet and left there. Adding talking points inside Lattice, or sharing them with the report, stays the manager's decision.
Who can see the feedback it gathers?
Only the manager whose sheet it is. WebRun reads what that manager already has access to in Lattice and writes it to a sheet restricted to them, and it never posts feedback to a channel.
What if a goal has not moved for weeks?
It is called out at the top of the agenda with the date it last changed, and the manager's text names the report, so the stall becomes a conversation rather than a surprise at review time.
