Automated Lactation Visit Reminders
Every afternoon, WebRun opens MilkNotes, reads every consult booked for the next day, and drafts a warm 24-hour reminder for each parent as a Twilio text and a Gmail email with the time, location or video link, and what to have ready, then leaves both unsent so you approve every message before it goes out.
How do I automatically send 24-hour lactation visit reminders?
WebRun helps you cut no-shows with 24-hour reminders. Each afternoon it reads tomorrow's consults in MilkNotes and drafts a warm reminder for every parent as a Twilio text and a Gmail email, with the time and what to bring, leaving both unsent so you approve each one before it goes out.
- Parents get a clear reminder the day before every visit
- Fewer no-shows and last-minute gaps in the schedule
- No text or email leaves until you approve the draft
Built for IBCLCs · lactation consultants · busy private practices · postpartum support providers

Questions, answered
Will it text or email parents automatically?
No. Both the Twilio text and the Gmail email are drafted and left unsent for you to approve. WebRun prepares every reminder, but no message reaches a parent until you review and release it.
Does the reminder include any private health detail?
No. Reminders carry only the appointment time, place or video link, and a simple prompt to confirm or reschedule. No clinical or sensitive information is placed in a text or email.
What if the visit was already canceled?
It reads the live MilkNotes schedule each run, so any consult already canceled or rescheduled is skipped and no reminder is drafted for a visit that is no longer happening.
