Automated Klarna Dispute Deadline Queue

Every morning, WebRun opens Klarna, reads every open dispute and return with its order, customer, and response deadline, sorts them by how long you have left, writes the queue to a Notion page, and creates a Trello card for anything closing this week.

In short

How do I make sure Klarna disputes get answered before the deadline?

WebRun queues your Klarna disputes every morning. It reads every open dispute and return with its order, amount, and response deadline, sorts them by days remaining, writes the queue into Notion, and creates a dated Trello card for anything closing within seven days.

  • Cases are answered with evidence instead of lost to a missed date
  • The soonest deadline is always at the top of the queue
  • Nothing is submitted to Klarna without a human reviewing it

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.klarna.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Read the response deadline and work out the days remaining
    • Note what evidence each case already has attached and what is still missing
    • Never submit a response or accept a claim. WebRun prepares the queue and a human answers

Done when Every open dispute and return is listed with its deadline and its missing evidence.

  3. 2

    • Update the dispute queue page with one row per open case
    • Sort by days remaining so the soonest lapse sits at the top
    • Show the evidence still needed next to each case
    • Keep a running total of the amount at stake across all open cases

Done when The Notion queue reflects today's open disputes in deadline order.

  4. 3
Trello - card up what closes first
    trello.com
WebRun in Trello: card up what closes first

    • Put the order reference, the amount, and the days remaining in the card title
    • Set the card due date to the response deadline
    • Move cards to Done once the case shows as answered in Klarna

Done when Every urgent dispute has a dated card someone owns.

Questions, answered

Will it respond to a dispute on my behalf?

No. WebRun reads open cases and builds the queue. Submitting a response, uploading evidence, or accepting a claim stays with a human, so nothing is filed to Klarna without your review.

How does it rank the queue?

By days remaining until the response deadline, soonest first. Cases closing inside seven days also get a Trello card with the deadline as the due date, so the ones about to lapse cannot be missed.

Does it tell me what evidence is missing?

Yes. Each row shows what the case already has attached and what is still needed, so you know whether a dispute needs a tracking number, a delivery photo, or the original order confirmation before you answer.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
