KeyCDN Automated Weekly Performance Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens the KeyCDN dashboard, reads bandwidth used, cache hit ratio, and traffic for every zone and scores each against its usual pattern, posts the scorecard to Slack, and messages you directly on Telegram only when a zone underperforms.

In short

How do I track KeyCDN bandwidth and cache performance every week?

WebRun reviews every KeyCDN zone each Monday, reading bandwidth, cache hit ratio, and traffic for the week and scoring each one against its usual pattern. It posts the scorecard to Slack and messages you directly on Telegram only when a zone underperforms, so a real caching or traffic problem gets noticed without weekly noise for zones running fine.

  • Every zone gets a weekly bandwidth and cache performance score
  • Underperforming zones get a direct Telegram ping
  • The team gets a scannable scorecard every Monday

Questions, answered

Will it purge a cache or change a zone setting on its own?

No. WebRun only reads bandwidth, cache, and traffic data and scores it. Purging a cache or changing a zone setting always stays a manual step in KeyCDN.

How is a zone's score decided?

Against that zone's own usual pattern for bandwidth and cache hit ratio, so a naturally quiet zone isn't penalized for being smaller than your busiest one.

Does the scorecard cover every zone on the account?

Yes. It reviews every zone under the account each week, not just your busiest one.
