In short

How do I review my email campaign performance every week?

WebRun signs in to Keap every Monday and reads last week's broadcast and campaign email results: sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces, with the audience for each. It writes a dated review into Notion comparing against your own usual range, then WhatsApps you the best and worst performing send.

  • Monday starts with last week's numbers already written up
  • List damage from a bad send is named, not buried under open rate
  • The Notion history becomes your own benchmark over time

Built for small business marketers · agencies · ecommerce brands · coaches and consultants

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens keap.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Sign in to Keap and open the reporting for broadcasts and campaign emails sent last week
    • Capture sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces for each email
    • Note which list or tag each send went to, since audience explains most of the difference

Done when Every email sent last week has its full result set captured with its audience.

  3. 2
Notion - write the weekly review
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: write the weekly review
WebRun opens Notion to write the weekly review.
    • Add a dated entry to your marketing review page in Notion
    • Table every send with subject line, audience, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces
    • Add two short lines: what performed above your usual range and what fell below it

Done when Notion holds a dated table of last week's sends with a short read on each.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - send you the headline result
    whatsapp.com
WebRun in WhatsApp: send you the headline result
WebRun opens WhatsApp to send you the headline result.
    • WhatsApp you the single best and single worst performing send with their numbers
    • Call out any email whose unsubscribe or bounce rate ran above your normal range, since that is the one that costs list health
    • Link back to the Notion entry instead of repeating the table

Done when You know Monday morning which send worked and which hurt.

Questions, answered

Will it send or schedule campaigns?

No. WebRun only reads reporting in Keap. It never sends a broadcast, never publishes a campaign, never edits an email, and never changes a contact tag. Every send stays a deliberate human action.

Why track unsubscribes and bounces so prominently?

Because they are what a bad send actually costs. An email with strong opens and a spike in unsubscribes is worse than a quiet one, and the review names it so you stop repeating it.

Does it compare against anyone else's numbers?

No. It compares each send against your own usual range from previous weeks in the Notion history. There are no invented industry benchmarks in the review.

Put this on autopilot.
