Automated Kaggle Learn Onboarding Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun opens Kaggle, reads the Learn course progress on each new analyst's public profile, writes completed courses and certificates into your Airtable onboarding base, and creates a Trello nudge card for anyone whose required path is still unfinished after their agreed deadline.
How do I track whether new hires finished their required data training?
WebRun tracks new analyst onboarding on Kaggle every Monday. It reads each person's Kaggle Learn course completions, records the finished courses and certificates in your Airtable onboarding base, and opens a Trello card for the onboarding buddy whenever a required path is running past its deadline.
- Every required course completion is recorded the week it happens
- Nobody quietly stalls halfway through their onboarding path
- Managers see training status in Airtable without asking around

Questions, answered
Does it message the analyst directly?
No. WebRun only creates an internal Trello card for the onboarding buddy. Any nudge to the person themselves stays a human conversation, so nobody gets an automated chase about their training.
What if someone finishes a course early?
It is recorded on the next run and their Airtable status flips to complete. No Trello card is created for anyone who is on or ahead of schedule.
Can it enrol people in courses?
No. WebRun reads progress only. Starting a Kaggle Learn course, submitting an exercise, or joining a competition stays with the analyst.
