Will it submit anything to Kaggle?
No. WebRun only reads the leaderboard and your submission count. It never uploads a submission, joins a competition, or spends one of your daily attempts.
Who gets the text message?
Only the internal team numbers on your approved list. Anything addressed to someone outside that list is left as a draft for you to approve, so no message reaches an outsider on its own.
How does it know we moved overnight?
It compares today's leaderboard position against the row it wrote to Notion yesterday, so the text names the actual change in rank rather than just the current number.
