Automated Juro Contract Renewal Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun opens Juro, reviews every contract with a renewal or expiry date in the next 60 days, posts the full list with owners and dates to Slack, and sends a separate Telegram alert for any contract renewing within the next 7 days.
How do I track upcoming Juro contract renewals?
WebRun reviews Juro every Monday for contracts renewing or expiring within 60 days, posts the full prioritized list with owners to Slack, and sends a Telegram alert for anything due within a week. Legal and ops teams get a standing view of what needs action instead of discovering a lapsed contract after the fact.
- Renewals are visible 60 days out instead of being a surprise
- Urgent renewals within a week get a separate escalation
- No contract owner has to check Juro manually for deadlines

Questions, answered
Does it renew or cancel a contract itself?
No. WebRun only reads renewal and expiry dates already recorded in Juro and reports them. It never renews, cancels, or edits a contract.
Will it contact the counterparty?
No. It only posts internally to Slack and Telegram for your team. It never emails or messages the other party to a contract.
Why two channels instead of one?
Routine renewal tracking goes to the weekly Slack list. Anything due within 7 days is time sensitive, so that gets a separate Telegram alert so it isn't missed.
