Automated Jotform Submission Logging and Sync

Every few minutes, WebRun checks Jotform for new submissions, writes each one's answers as a row in a Google Sheet and as an entry in a Notion database, and keeps a running count so you always know how many responses have come in today.

In short

How do I automatically log Jotform submissions into a spreadsheet?

WebRun checks Jotform every few minutes for new submissions and copies each one's answers into both a Google Sheet and a Notion database, tagged by form and timestamped on arrival. It flags any missing required answers along the way, so every response is organized and searchable within minutes instead of sitting in a Jotform inbox.

  • Every submission is searchable in Sheets and Notion within minutes
  • No submission is ever double-logged or missed
  • Incomplete responses get flagged instead of buried

Questions, answered

Will it ever log the same submission twice?

No. It checks what has already been added since the last run and only writes rows and entries for submissions it hasn't seen before.

Does it work across multiple Jotform forms?

Yes. It can watch every form on your account and tags each row and Notion entry with the form it came from, so you can filter by source.

What happens to incomplete submissions?

They are still logged, with missing required answers flagged, so you can see who dropped off instead of losing the record entirely.
