Automated Jotform Form Health Checks

Every Monday, WebRun opens Jotform, checks every live form for its submission count against last week, whether it is enabled or disabled, and how close your account is to its submission and storage limits, then posts a health report to Microsoft Teams and pings Telegram if any form has gone silent or been switched off.

In short

How do I find out when one of my online forms stops receiving submissions?

WebRun watches your Jotform forms every Monday. It records each form's submissions against last week, spots forms that are disabled, capped, or suddenly silent, checks your account limits, posts the health report to Microsoft Teams, and pings Telegram when a form is broken and losing enquiries.

  • A broken form is caught in days, not months
  • Submission limits never surprise you mid-campaign
  • Every live form gets a weekly trend, not a guess

Questions, answered

Will it change my form settings?

No. WebRun only reads your Jotform account. It never enables, disables, edits, or deletes a form, and it never opens a submission's data to anyone outside your Teams channel.

Why does a form with zero submissions matter?

A form that took twenty entries last week and none this week is usually broken, unpublished, or removed from the page it lived on, and every hour it stays broken is lost enquiries.

Will it alert me every week even when nothing is wrong?

The Teams report posts weekly either way, but the Telegram ping fires only when a form is disabled, capped, or has gone silent, so the urgent channel stays quiet unless it matters.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
