Automated Itau Daily Cash Position Brief

Every morning, WebRun signs into Itaú internet banking, reads the balance on each account, lists the payments and transfers scheduled to leave today, works out the position after those clear, posts a short cash brief to your finance channel in Microsoft Teams, and pings you on Telegram when the projected balance falls under the buffer you set.

In short

How do I see my business cash position every morning?

WebRun signs into Itaú every morning, reads the balance on each business account, and lists the payments scheduled to leave today. It posts a cash brief to Microsoft Teams showing the projected closing balance per account, and pings you on Telegram whenever an account is heading below the buffer you set.

  • The team sees one cash number every morning instead of guessing
  • A low balance is flagged before a scheduled payment bounces
  • Yesterday's movement is reviewed daily rather than at month end

Questions, answered

Can it move money or approve a payment?

No. WebRun only reads balances and the list of payments you already scheduled. It never transfers funds, approves a payment, cancels one, or changes a beneficiary.

Who can see the cash brief?

Only the Microsoft Teams channel you nominate and your own Telegram chat. Nothing is emailed outside your company and nothing is posted publicly.

What if a payment is scheduled but the balance is short?

That is exactly what the Telegram warning is for. It names the account, the projected balance, and the payment responsible, so a person can decide whether to fund the account or reschedule.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
