Automated isolved Time Card Approval Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens isolved, lists the time cards still unapproved for the current pay period, records each employee and the manager who owes the approval in Airtable, and posts a Notion countdown showing how long is left before payroll closes.
How do I make sure every time card is approved before payroll closes?
Every morning WebRun opens isolved, lists the time cards still unapproved for the current pay period, and records each one with its employee and manager in Airtable. It then posts a Notion countdown showing how long is left before the payroll cutoff, so no pay period is submitted with gaps.
- Payroll knows every morning which managers still owe approvals
- Missing punches surface days before the cutoff, not on submission day
- Approved cards drop off the chase list automatically

Questions, answered
Will it approve time cards for me?
No. WebRun only reads approval status in isolved and reports it. Approving a time card and submitting payroll stay with your managers and your payroll administrator.
How does it know how long is left?
You give it your payroll submission cutoff once, and every run counts the time remaining from that date so the Notion page always leads with the real deadline.
What happens when a manager approves overnight?
The card drops off the next run. WebRun reads live approval status in isolved each morning, so cleared cards are marked approved in Airtable and stop being chased.
