Questions, answered
Will it email the counterparty?
No. WebRun never contacts the other side of a contract. It logs the stall internally and books your own follow-up time, so every nudge to a counterparty is written and sent by a person.
Does it approve or sign anything?
No. WebRun never approves a step, never signs, never sends a contract for signature and never edits a workflow. It only reads where each contract is sitting.
How long is too long in a stage?
You decide per stage. Set a limit such as three days in internal review and seven in signature, and only contracts past their own stage limit reach the list.
