Questions, answered
Will it submit or refile anything to HMRC?
No. WebRun only reads the submission status recorded in IRIS Payroll. It never files an FPS or EPS, never resubmits a rejected one, and never finalises a pay run, so every filing is made by your payroll team.
Who gets the text message?
Only the payroll manager number you configure in advance. The Twilio text is drafted and queued to that single internal number when a submission is missing, rejected or overdue, and no employee or external number is ever contacted.
What counts as a problem worth texting about?
A pay run with no submission attached, a submission marked rejected, or one still pending beyond the window you set. An accepted submission produces no text at all, so a message always means something needs refiling.
