In short

How do I get a weekly report of overdue QuickBooks invoices?

WebRun opens QuickBooks Online every Monday, runs the accounts receivable aging report, and writes each overdue invoice into a Google Sheet with its customer, amount and days late. It then emails you a short summary from Gmail, so you start the week knowing exactly who owes what.

  • You open Monday knowing your exact outstanding balance
  • Every overdue invoice is tracked week to week in one sheet
  • Balances sliding into the 90 day bucket get flagged before they age out

Built for small business owners · bookkeepers · accounting teams · trades and services firms

Questions, answered

Will it email my customers about unpaid invoices?

No. The only email it sends goes to you. Chasing a customer is your call, and WebRun never contacts anyone on your customer list on its own.

Does it change anything inside QuickBooks?

No. It only runs reports and reads them. Invoices, payments and customer records are left exactly as they are.

What happens to invoices that get paid?

They are marked paid in the sheet on the next run rather than deleted, so you keep a week by week record of how each balance moved.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
