Automated Intermedia Missed Call Callbacks
Every morning, WebRun signs in to the Intermedia admin portal, reads yesterday's call records to find calls that went unanswered or to voicemail with no callback, writes each into an Airtable callback log with the number, time, queue, and a suggested owner, and posts the ranked callback list to Microsoft Teams.
How do I make sure missed business calls get returned?
WebRun turns missed calls into callbacks every morning. It reads yesterday's Intermedia call records, filters out numbers already returned, logs each missed call and voicemail into Airtable with a suggested owner, and posts a ranked callback list to Microsoft Teams with repeat callers first.
- Every missed call has a named owner before 9 in the morning
- Callers who tried more than once are returned first
- A dated Airtable log shows how many calls are being missed
Built for small business owners · sales teams · service desks · office managers

-
2
Airtable - log each callback

- Add one row per missed call with number, time, queue, and voicemail flag
- Suggest an owner from the queue the call came into
- Mark any number that has now been missed more than once as a priority
- Skip any call already logged so a rerun cannot duplicate rows

Microsoft Teams - post the callback list

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it call or text anyone back?
No. WebRun logs missed calls and routes them internally. Every callback is placed by a person, so nobody receives an automated call, text, or message from the run.
Does it change phone system settings?
No. Queues, extensions, call routing, and user seats are read only. WebRun never edits a setting in the admin portal or provisions anything.
Does it listen to voicemail recordings?
No. It records that a voicemail was left, along with the number and time. The recording itself is never played, downloaded, or copied into Airtable.
Put this on autopilot.
