Will it email department heads on its own?
No. Each department email is left as an unsent Gmail draft. The finance lead reads the figures, edits the wording, and sends it, so no variance goes out unreviewed.
Does it change anything in Sage Intacct?
No. WebRun runs the budget against actuals report and reads it. It never posts a journal entry, reclassifies a transaction, or adjusts a budget figure, so your ledger is untouched.
Can a department head see other departments?
No. Each drafted email covers only that department's own lines. The full picture across departments goes to the finance lead on Telegram, and nowhere else.
