How do I get alerted when an Ingenico terminal goes offline?
WebRun checks every Ingenico terminal's connectivity status every hour, flags any offline during business hours, and posts the list with downtime to Telegram. If a terminal has been offline more than 30 minutes, it also texts the store manager through Twilio, so a connectivity issue gets fixed before it costs a day's worth of lost sales.
- Offline terminals are caught within the hour, not after a lost sale
- Extended outages trigger an SMS so nothing sits unnoticed on a busy shift
- Brief connectivity blips do not create alert noise
Built for multi-location retailers · restaurant groups · store operations managers

Questions, answered
How does it know a terminal is offline during business hours?
It checks the Ingenico terminal management portal's live connectivity status and compares it to the store hours you set, so an overnight offline terminal does not trigger a false alarm.
Will WebRun process a transaction or reboot a terminal itself?
No. WebRun only reads terminal connectivity status and reports on it. It never processes a transaction, reboots a terminal, or moves money. Getting the terminal back online is left to your team.
Why does an extended outage also send a text?
A Telegram post can go unread during a busy shift. Once a terminal has been down more than 30 minutes, WebRun also texts the store manager so a lost sale gets noticed fast.
