Automated Infobip Sender ID Registration Tracker

Every morning, WebRun opens the Infobip portal, checks the status of every sender ID and number registration whether pending, approved, or nearing expiry, logs a row per registration to Airtable, and emails ops a short recap so nothing pending sits unnoticed.

In short

How do I track Infobip sender ID and number registration status?

WebRun checks the Infobip portal every morning for sender IDs and numbers that are pending, approved, or expiring, logs each one to Airtable, and emails ops a recap flagging anything slow or expiring, so registration status is tracked in one place instead of checked ad hoc in the portal.

  • Pending registrations are flagged after 5 business days
  • Every sender ID and number has a logged status record
  • Ops sees the full list without opening the Infobip portal

Built for messaging operations · compliance teams · CPaaS admins · marketing operations

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens portal.infobip.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    Infobip - check registration status
    • Open the Infobip portal and list sender IDs and numbers
    • Note the status of each as pending, approved, or expiring
    • Flag anything pending for more than 5 business days

Done when Every registration's current status is known.

  3. 2
    Airtable - log each registration
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: log each registration
WebRun opens Airtable to log each registration.
    • Open the sender registration base in Airtable
    • Add or update a row per sender ID or number with its status
    • Tag rows flagged as slow or expiring

Done when Every registration has a logged, current status row in Airtable.

  4. 3
Gmail - email ops a recap
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: email ops a recap
WebRun opens Gmail to email ops a recap.
    • Draft a short recap listing anything pending, slow, or expiring
    • Send it to the compliance and ops distribution list
    • Link back to the Airtable base for the full list

Done when Ops has this morning's registration recap in their inbox.

Questions, answered

Does WebRun submit registrations to Infobip?

No. It only reads the status of registrations that already exist in your Infobip portal and reports on them. Submitting a new registration is done by your team.

What counts as slow?

Anything still pending after 5 business days, which is flagged separately from registrations that are still normally in review.

How is an expiring registration handled?

It is logged and flagged in the same recap so renewal can be started before the sender ID or number actually lapses.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
