No. WebRun never messages, schedules, rejects, or advances a candidate on Indeed. It reads the applications and writes them to your sheet and board for a human to decide on.
How does it decide who is ready for review?
It compares each applicant's screening question answers against the must-haves you define for that role, for example a licence, a location, or a right to work answer.
Does it store candidate personal data?
It records only what you ask for, typically name, role, applied date, screening result, and the Indeed profile link, into your own Google Sheet and Notion workspace.
