Does it delete or overwrite anything in iManage?

No. WebRun only reads document activity and saves copies to Drive. It never deletes, moves, or overwrites a file inside iManage itself.

Will confidential matters be included?

Only the matters and folders you grant WebRun access to are ever read. Anything outside that scope is never touched.

What if a document changes again the next day?

It's captured again on the next run, and Drive keeps the newer copy alongside the version history you already track in iManage.
