What counts as stalled?
Any candidate past the days-in-stage threshold you set for that pipeline. Longer-stalled candidates are always listed first.
Does it move candidates to a new stage?
No, WebRun only reads stage and time-in-stage from iCIMS. Moving a candidate is still a recruiter decision.
