In short

How do I track my Icedrive storage usage over time?

WebRun checks your Icedrive account every Monday, reading total storage used, active shared links, and your largest folders. It logs the numbers as a new row in Google Sheets and emails you the link in Gmail, so you get a running week by week history of storage usage without opening Icedrive yourself.

  • A week by week storage history without logging into Icedrive
  • Shared links tracked with their expiry dates
  • Storage limit warnings before you run out

Questions, answered

Will it delete old shared links to free up space?

No. WebRun only reads and logs shared link and storage data. Removing a link or file is left entirely to you.

What happens when I'm close to my storage limit?

It flags it in the Gmail summary once usage passes 80 percent of your plan, so you see it before you run out.

Does it overwrite last week's numbers?

No. Each run adds a new row, so the sheet keeps a full week by week history of your storage usage.
