Every hour, WebRun checks HomeLight for new referrals, logs each one to a Trello board with the client's location and timeline, and posts an alert to your brokerage's Microsoft Teams channel so an agent can claim it while the lead is still fresh.

In short

How do I get alerted the moment a new HomeLight referral arrives?

WebRun checks HomeLight every hour for new agent referrals, logs each one to a Trello board with the client's location and timeline, and posts an alert to your brokerage's Microsoft Teams channel, so a new referral gets claimed by an available agent while the lead is still fresh.

  • New referrals get claimed within the hour instead of sitting unseen
  • Every referral is logged to a shared Trello board automatically
  • The whole team is alerted so the fastest available agent responds

Questions, answered

Will it contact the referred client?

No. WebRun only logs the referral and alerts your team. It never contacts a prospective buyer or seller on its own.

How does it decide which agent gets the referral?

It doesn't assign one. It alerts the whole team so the first available agent can claim the Trello card themselves.

What happens if a referral isn't claimed?

It stays visible in the unclaimed list on the Trello board and keeps showing up in the hourly Teams alert until someone claims it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
