Can it order, cancel, or reboot a server?
No. WebRun only reads your Hetzner account and writes to Airtable and Notion. Ordering, cancelling, rebooting, and rebuilding stay entirely with your engineers, and nothing in the account is changed by a run.
What happens to a server that no longer exists?
Its Airtable row is marked retired with the date, never deleted, so your cost history and past ownership records stay intact for finance and audit questions.
How far ahead does it warn about renewals?
The Notion note lists everything renewing within 30 days by default. Ask for 60 or 90 days instead if your procurement cycle needs a longer runway.
