Automated HDFC Bank Transaction Monitoring

Every morning, WebRun signs in to HDFC Bank net banking, reads yesterday's transactions and the closing balance on the accounts you track, posts a short picture to your private Slack finance channel, and pings Telegram when a debit is above your limit or comes from a counterparty that has never appeared before. It never moves money.

In short

How do I get told about large or unusual debits on my bank account?

WebRun reviews your HDFC Bank accounts every morning. It reads yesterday's transactions and closing balances in net banking, posts a short picture to your private Slack finance channel, and pings Telegram whenever a debit is above your limit or comes from a counterparty never seen before. It never moves money.

  • A large or unfamiliar debit reaches you the next morning, not at month end
  • Balances across every tracked account arrive in one daily post
  • The automation reads only, so no payment can ever be made by it

Good to know

Questions, answered

Can it move money or pay a bill?

No. This workflow is strictly read-only. WebRun never transfers funds, adds a payee, pays a bill, sets a standing instruction, or changes any account setting. It reads the statement and reports what it found.

Where does my account information go?

Only to the private Slack channel and Telegram chat you name. Nothing is posted publicly, and full account numbers are not repeated in the messages, only the last digits needed to tell accounts apart.

What makes a transaction unfamiliar?

A counterparty narration that has not appeared in any previous run. Regular suppliers, salaries, and standing debits stop being flagged after the first time, so the alert stays about genuinely new activity.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
