How do I get alerted about high-value Guidewire claims fast?

WebRun scans Guidewire ClaimCenter every morning for new claims above your review threshold. It saves a one-page summary of each to Google Drive and sends a Twilio text to your on-call adjuster's internal line, so high-value claims get a second set of eyes the same day they're opened, not days later.

  • High-value claims reach an adjuster the same morning they open
  • Every flagged claim has a saved summary, not a buried record
  • The on-call line only hears about claims that cross your threshold

Questions, answered

Does it text the policyholder?

No. WebRun only texts your internal on-call adjuster number through Twilio. It never contacts a policyholder or claimant directly.

Does it change reserves or claim status in Guidewire?

No. WebRun only reads claim data from ClaimCenter. Setting reserves, approving payouts, and changing claim status stay with your adjusters.

How is the review threshold set?

You set the reserve or exposure amount that counts as needing a second look. Only claims above it get archived and texted.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
