Automatic GroupMe Event RSVP Roundups

Every morning, WebRun opens GroupMe, reads the upcoming event in each group you run, counts who has said yes, who has said no and who has answered nothing, checks the messages for people who replied in the chat instead of the event, writes the headcount into Notion, and sends you the silent names on WhatsApp with a reminder drafted.

In short

How do I see who has not replied to a GroupMe event?

WebRun rounds up your GroupMe event RSVPs every morning. It counts yes, no and no answer, reads the chat for people who replied there instead, logs the headcount in Notion, and sends you the silent names on WhatsApp with a reminder drafted, so only the right few get chased.

  • A live headcount every morning without counting messages
  • Reminders go to the silent few, not the whole group
  • Chat replies are counted, so nobody is chased twice

Built for club and team organisers · community managers · parent groups · event volunteers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it message the group without me?

No. The reminder is written and left unposted. WebRun sends it to you on WhatsApp so you can read it, change the wording, and post it in GroupMe yourself.

Does it chase people who already replied in the chat?

No. WebRun reads the recent messages as well as the RSVP buttons, so someone who typed yes in the chat counts as answered and stays off the chase list.

How long before the event does it run?

It runs every morning while an event is upcoming and stops once the event has passed. The count and the days remaining are in every message, so urgency is obvious.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
