Automated Gravity Forms Health Monitoring

Every morning, WebRun signs in to your site's Gravity Forms admin, counts yesterday's entries on every active form, compares each against its normal daily range, records the numbers in a Notion health log, and texts you when a form that usually receives enquiries got none or when spam suddenly spiked.

In short

How do I know if my website contact form has stopped working?

WebRun opens your Gravity Forms entries every morning, counts yesterday's submissions per form, and compares each against that form's normal range. It logs the numbers in Notion and texts you when a form that usually receives enquiries goes silent, so a broken contact form is caught in a day, not a month.

  • A silently broken form is caught the next morning instead of weeks later
  • Every form is judged against its own history rather than one shared threshold
  • Spam spikes are visible before they bury genuine enquiries

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

    • Mark rows where the count fell outside the normal range
    • Keep the history so each form builds a real baseline rather than a single reading

  4. 3
Twilio - text you when a form goes silent
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text you when a form goes silent
WebRun opens Twilio to text you when a form goes silent.
    • Open Twilio and prepare a short internal alert text
    • Send it when a form that normally receives entries got none, when a form is inactive, or when spam spiked well above its usual level
    • Name the form, the page it sits on, and how long it has been quiet
    • Send only to the internal numbers you configure, and stay silent when every form looks normal

Done when You are texted about any form that stopped working, and nothing otherwise.

Questions, answered

Will it change my forms or settings?

No. WebRun reads entry counts and form status only. Editing a form, changing a notification, or deleting an entry is never done by the run, so your site configuration is untouched.

How does it know what normal looks like?

It builds a baseline from that form's own recent history in the Notion log, so a busy contact form and a rarely used application form are each judged against themselves.

Will it text me every day?

No. The text fires only when a form went silent, turned inactive, or saw a spam spike. Normal days are recorded in Notion and nothing is sent.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
