Automated Grasshopper Missed Call Callbacks
Every morning, WebRun signs into the Grasshopper portal, reads yesterday's missed calls and voicemails across your extensions, works out which numbers were never called back, posts the callback list into your Microsoft Teams channel with each voicemail summary, and sends you the repeat callers on Telegram.
How do I make sure every missed business call gets called back?
WebRun opens the Grasshopper portal every morning, reads yesterday's missed calls and voicemails across your extensions, and drops anyone already called back. It posts the remaining callback list into Microsoft Teams with each voicemail summary and sends you the repeat callers on Telegram.
- Every missed caller is on a list by 8am the next morning
- Callers who tried more than once are handled first
- Numbers already called back are removed without anyone checking
Built for small business owners · service businesses · sales teams · professional practices

Questions, answered
Will it call or text people back?
No. WebRun never places a call or sends a text from your Grasshopper number. It builds an internal callback list and a human makes every call.
How does it know someone was already called back?
It checks the outbound call history for the same number after the missed call, so anyone your team has already reached drops off today's list automatically.
Does the voicemail audio leave Grasshopper?
No. Only a short text summary or the transcript line goes into the internal Teams post. The recording itself stays in your Grasshopper account.
