Automated GoTo Connect Voicemail Triage
Every morning, WebRun signs in to GoTo Connect, opens the voicemail box for each line you cover, reads the new messages and their transcripts, works out who called, when, and what they wanted, posts a ranked callback list to Telegram with the longest-waiting caller first, and queues a short text-back in Twilio for each one so you can release it with a tap.
How do I make sure every business voicemail gets a callback?
WebRun reads the new voicemails in your GoTo Connect box every morning, summarising who called, when, and what they wanted from the message transcript. It posts a ranked callback list to Telegram with the longest waiting caller first and queues a short text-back in Twilio for you to release, so no message goes unanswered.
- Every overnight voicemail is on a ranked list before opening
- Urgent messages are tagged and pushed to the top
- Text-backs stay queued until a human releases them
Built for small business owners · reception teams · sales teams · service businesses
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens

1
GoTo Connect - read new voicemails
WebRun opens GoTo Connect to read new voicemails. - Sign in to GoTo Connect and open the voicemail box for each line or extension you cover
- List every message left since the last run, unread first
- Capture the caller number, any caller name shown, the time left, the length, and the transcript where one exists
- Summarise what each caller wants in one line and mark anything that sounds urgent
- Skip messages already marked as handled
Done when Every new voicemail has a caller, a time, and a one-line reason.
-
2
Telegram - post the callback list
WebRun opens Telegram to post the callback list. - Post the callback list to your team Telegram group, longest waiting first
- Give the caller number, the time, the one-line reason, and the line it came in on
- Put anything marked urgent at the very top with a clear urgent tag
- Post a short no voicemails line on clean mornings
Done when The ranked callback list is in Telegram.
-
3
Twilio - queue a text-back for approval
WebRun opens Twilio to queue a text-back for approval. - Draft a short text-back for each caller acknowledging the message and giving a time you will call
- Queue every message in Twilio and leave it unsent. WebRun never texts a caller on its own
- Skip callers who left a message from a withheld number or a landline that cannot receive text
- Skip anyone already texted about the same call
Done when A text-back sits queued and unsent for each caller who can receive one.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it text callers without me?
No. Every text-back is queued in Twilio and stays unsent until you release it. WebRun never texts or calls a customer on its own, and it never deletes a voicemail.
What if a voicemail has no transcript?
It still appears on the callback list with the caller number, the time, and the message length, so nothing is skipped just because the transcript is missing.
Does it delete or mark voicemails as read?
No. WebRun reads the voicemail box and leaves it exactly as it found it, so your team still sees the same unread markers in GoTo Connect.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
