No. It reports only which payment method is on file in the form Google One already shows, and flags one that expires before the renewal date. No full card number is ever copied anywhere.
How much notice do I get before renewal?
The weekly Teams post shows the days remaining every Monday, and a text is queued once the renewal falls inside the notice window you set, so a tier change is a decision rather than a reaction.
