Automated Google Meet Meeting Log
Once a week, WebRun opens Google Meet, walks the meetings you joined over the past seven days, captures the title, date, length, and participants of each, writes them into a running Google Sheets log with the weekly totals, and leaves a recap email drafted in Gmail for you to send to your team.
How do I track how much time my team spends in Google Meet?
WebRun opens Google Meet once a week, collects every call you joined in the past seven days with its length and attendees, and writes them into a running Google Sheets log with weekly totals. It then drafts a recap email in Gmail so you can see where the week's meeting hours actually went.
- Every meeting is logged with its real length and attendee count
- Weekly meeting hours are visible next to the previous four weeks
- The recap is written for you and waits in Drafts for a quick send

Questions, answered
Will it email the recap to my team without me?
No. The recap is left in Gmail Drafts for you to read, edit, and send. Only the internal Google Sheets log is written automatically, because nobody outside your workspace sees it.
Does it join or record my meetings?
No. WebRun never joins a call and never starts a recording. It reads the meeting list after the fact and notes whether a recording already exists, so live conversations are untouched.
Can I exclude one-to-one or personal calls?
Yes. Tell WebRun which meetings to skip, by attendee count, title pattern, or calendar, and those calls are left out of both the sheet and the recap.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
