Will it text people who missed the session?
No. Each catch-up message is queued in Twilio for you to review and release. WebRun never sends a text to an attendee on its own.
How does it know who was supposed to be there?
It compares the Google Meet attendance report against the invitee list for that session, so only invited people who never joined count as no-shows.
What about someone who joined for two minutes?
They are flagged separately as an early leaver with their join and leave times, so you can tell a connection problem from a genuine skip.
