Automated GoodNotes Meeting Notes Handoff
Every morning, WebRun opens GoodNotes, reads yesterday's meeting notebooks for action items and their owners, creates a Trello card per item on the team's board, and shares a short summary in Microsoft Teams.
How do I turn GoodNotes meeting notes into tracked action items?
WebRun checks your GoodNotes meeting notebooks every morning, reads each page for action items and who they're for, and creates a Trello card per item on your team's board. It then shares a short summary in Microsoft Teams, so handwritten notes turn into tracked, assigned work without manual retyping.
- Handwritten action items become assigned Trello cards the next morning
- Nobody has to retype notes into a task tool by hand
- Meeting notes and tracked work stay linked back to their source page
Built for consultants · executive assistants · team leads · note-heavy meeting cultures

Questions, answered
Will it read notes that aren't from meetings?
It only pulls from notebooks you've marked as meeting notes, so personal or unrelated notebooks are left alone.
How does it know who owns an action item?
It reads the name written next to each action item on the page. If a name isn't clear, the card is left unassigned for you to fill in.
Will it edit my handwritten notes?
No. WebRun only reads your notes to extract action items. It never writes on, edits, or deletes a page in GoodNotes.
