Every hour, WebRun opens Nitro Sign, checks for documents that finished signing since the last run, logs each one as a row in Google Sheets with the signer and completion date, and files a Notion record with a link back to the signed file.

In short

How do I automatically log signed Nitro Sign documents?

WebRun checks Nitro Sign every hour for documents that finished signing, logs each one to Google Sheets with the signer and date, and files a linked Notion record for easy reference. Signed paperwork gets tracked automatically instead of someone copying completed documents into a log by hand.

  • Signed documents are logged within the hour, every hour
  • Every signed file has a linked Notion record for reference
  • No one manually tracks completed signatures in a spreadsheet

Questions, answered

Does it send any document for signature?

No. WebRun only reads documents that have already finished signing in Nitro Sign. It never creates or sends a new document for signature.

Will it contact the signer?

No. It only logs completed documents to Google Sheets and Notion for your internal record. It never emails or messages the signer.

What if a document is signed by more than one party?

It logs the document once it shows fully executed in Nitro Sign, with all signers included in the record.
