In short

How do I automatically notify customers when their cart repair is ready?

During business hours, WebRun checks BiT DMS every 30 minutes for repair orders marked complete, and drafts a ready-for-pickup text in Twilio naming the cart and invoice total. Your front desk gets the queue in Telegram and sends each approved text, so customers hear their cart is ready without anyone drafting the message by hand.

  • Customers hear their cart is ready within 30 minutes of the repair order closing
  • Front desk sends one approved text instead of typing pickup notices by hand
  • No repair order gets a duplicate or missed pickup notice

Questions, answered

Will it text the customer as soon as the repair is marked done?

No. WebRun drafts the ready-for-pickup text in Twilio and queues it in Telegram. Your front desk sends it, so a person always has the last look before the customer hears anything.

How quickly does it catch a completed repair order?

It checks BiT DMS every 30 minutes during business hours, so a draft is usually waiting within half an hour of the order being marked complete.

Does it notify the same customer twice?

No. It skips any repair order already marked as customer notified in BiT DMS, so a sent or already-drafted order will not get a duplicate.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
