Automated Cart Inventory Marketplace Listings
Every morning, WebRun opens BiT DMS, finds carts and LSVs that were checked into inventory but have no listing yet, drafts a Facebook Marketplace listing with photos, specs, and price for each, and posts your sales team a Slack summary of what's new and ready to publish.
How do I automatically turn new cart inventory into marketplace listings?
Every morning, WebRun checks BiT DMS for carts and LSVs checked into inventory without a listing yet, then drafts a Facebook Marketplace listing for each with the specs, condition, and asking price pulled from the intake record. Your sales team gets a Slack summary and reviews each draft before anything goes live.
- New trade ins get a drafted listing the same morning they are checked in
- Sales staff review one Slack summary instead of building listings from scratch
- No unit sits in inventory untracked or unlisted
Built for golf cart dealers · LSV dealers · UTV dealers · dealership sales teams

Questions, answered
Will it publish listings without me seeing them first?
No. WebRun only drafts each listing in Facebook Marketplace. A person on your sales team reviews, edits if needed, and publishes it. Nothing goes live on its own.
Where do the listing photos come from?
It pulls the intake photos already attached to the unit in BiT DMS, so you do not have to re-upload anything to draft the listing.
What if a unit already has a listing?
It skips any unit that already shows a linked listing in BiT DMS, so you never get a duplicate draft for the same cart.
Put this on autopilot.
