It reads the reorder point set on each part in BiT DMS. If a part has no threshold set, you can define a default minimum quantity during setup.
Can it handle parts from more than one supplier in a single run?
Yes. It groups every below-threshold part by supplier and drafts one purchase order per supplier, so your parts manager reviews a tidy, supplier-sorted set of drafts.
