Automated GoHenry Weekly Kids Spending Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens GoHenry, checks each child's card for last week's spending total and current savings, logs the totals as a row per child in Airtable, and emails you a scorecard so you can see how each kid is doing with money without checking every card yourself.

In short

How do I get a weekly summary of my kids' GoHenry spending and saving?

WebRun checks each child's GoHenry card every Monday for last week's spending and current savings, logs the totals per child to Airtable, and emails you a scorecard. It never loads money or changes a limit itself, so you get a clear weekly read on how each kid is doing with money without checking every card individually.

  • Every child's spending and saving lands in one weekly email
  • Parents see the trend without checking each card separately
  • A running Airtable log builds a savings habit history per child

Built for parents · GoHenry families · personal finance educators · guardians managing multiple kids' cards

Questions, answered

Will it load money onto a child's card or change their limits?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads spending and savings and reports on them, leaving any top up or limit change to you in GoHenry.

Does it break down what each child bought?

The scorecard reports the spending and savings totals per child. Individual purchase detail stays something you review directly in the GoHenry app.

Can I see how each child's saving habit has changed over time?

Yes. Each Monday adds a new row per child to the same Airtable base, so the full history builds into a savings trend for each kid.

Put this on autopilot.
