In short

How do I automatically archive completed GoFormz forms?

WebRun checks GoFormz every hour for forms marked complete, saves each one as a record in the matching Google Drive job folder, and texts you a Twilio summary of what came in. Field paperwork gets archived and organized the same hour it's finished, without anyone manually downloading and filing forms.

  • Completed forms are archived within the hour, every hour
  • Job folders in Drive stay organized without manual filing
  • You get a text summary instead of checking GoFormz yourself

Built for field service teams · construction companies · inspection teams · operations managers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it change a form after it's signed?

No. WebRun only reads and archives forms already marked complete in GoFormz. It never edits a signed form or its answers.

Who receives the text summary?

Only you, on the Twilio number you connect. WebRun never texts a customer or field technician on its own.

What if a job has no folder yet in Drive?

It creates a new folder named for the job before saving the form, so nothing gets dropped into the wrong place.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
