Automated GoDaddy Domain Renewal Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun signs into GoDaddy, reads every domain you own with its expiry date, auto-renew setting, and privacy status, writes the full inventory to a Google Sheet, and posts the next 90 days of renewals onto a Notion page so nothing lapses unnoticed.
How do I track GoDaddy domain expiry dates so nothing lapses?
WebRun signs into GoDaddy every Monday, reads every domain you own with its expiry date, auto-renew setting, and privacy status, and writes the full inventory to Google Sheets. It then publishes the next 90 days of renewals to a Notion page, so no domain quietly lapses.
- Every renewal is visible 90 days out
- Domains with auto-renew off get flagged weekly
- One sheet holds the whole portfolio instead of a memory

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it renew or buy domains for me?
No. WebRun only reads your GoDaddy domain list and writes it out. It never renews, purchases, transfers, or cancels anything, and it never touches a payment method.
How far ahead does it warn me?
The Notion page covers the next 90 days by default, and the sheet shows days remaining for every domain, so a lapse is visible a full quarter before it happens.
What if auto-renew is already on?
It still lists the domain with its date and cost, and marks it as covered. The flagged rows are the ones with auto-renew off or no payment method attached.
Put this on autopilot.
