Automated Clockwise Weekly Focus Time Scorecard

Every Friday afternoon, WebRun opens Clockwise, reads how many focus-time hours were defended and how many conflicts were auto-resolved for the week, scans Gmail for new meeting invites that landed outside Clockwise's syncing, and logs a scorecard row to Google Sheets so managers can see the trend over time.

In short

How do I track how much focus time Clockwise is actually protecting each week?

Every Friday, WebRun reads how many focus-time hours Clockwise defended and how many meeting conflicts it auto-resolved that week, cross-checks Gmail for invites that landed outside Clockwise's sync, and logs one scorecard row to Google Sheets. Managers get a running weekly trend of protected focus time without pulling the numbers manually.

  • Focus time trends are visible week over week instead of buried in Clockwise
  • Untracked meeting invites get caught instead of silently skipping the sync
  • Managers see the return on Clockwise without manual reporting

Questions, answered

Does WebRun reschedule any meetings itself?

No. It only reads what Clockwise already resolved and what Gmail shows for invites. Rescheduling stays entirely inside Clockwise's own automation.

Why check Gmail as well as Clockwise?

Some meeting invites arrive outside Clockwise's calendar sync. Checking Gmail catches those gaps so the weekly scorecard reflects the full picture, not just what Clockwise saw.

Can I track more than one team?

Yes. Point WebRun at each team's Clockwise workspace and it logs a separate scorecard row per team in the same sheet.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
