Questions, answered
Will it move or cancel my meetings?
No. WebRun only reads tomorrow's schedule in Clockwise. It never moves, shortens, declines, or cancels a meeting, and it never messages an organiser. Rescheduling stays a human decision made with full context.
Does it text people without asking?
No. Every Twilio message is queued and left unsent until a person releases it, and nothing is queued at all on days when every schedule still has room.
What counts as an overloaded day?
Two thresholds you set: total meeting hours, and the longest stretch with no break over fifteen minutes. Five meeting hours is a common starting point, and both numbers are adjustable per team.
