Automated GetAccept Signed Deal Handoff
Every few hours, WebRun opens GetAccept, checks every sent document for a status change to signed, creates a Trello card in the onboarding board for each newly signed deal, and posts a Microsoft Teams alert tagging the rep who owns the account.
How do I automatically hand off signed GetAccept deals?
WebRun checks GetAccept every few hours for documents that just turned signed, creates a Trello onboarding card with the deal details for each one, and posts a Microsoft Teams alert tagging the rep who owns the account. Newly signed deals get handed off within hours instead of sitting unnoticed in an inbox.
- Signed deals get a Trello onboarding card within hours
- The owning rep is tagged in Teams the moment a document is signed
- Nothing signed sits unnoticed waiting for someone to check GetAccept

Questions, answered
Does it send anything for signature itself?
No. WebRun only reads the status of documents already sent through GetAccept. It never creates or sends a new document for signature.
Will it contact the client after they sign?
No. It only creates a Trello card and posts a Teams alert for your internal team. It never emails or messages the client directly.
What if a document is only viewed, not signed?
A card is only created once GetAccept shows the document as fully signed. A viewed but unsigned document does not trigger a handoff yet.
