Will it create or send invoices?
No. WebRun never creates, edits, or sends an invoice, and it never contacts a client. It only reports which billable time and expenses have not been invoiced yet, so a person decides what to bill.
How does it know something is unbilled?
It reads the live billable status in FreshBooks and checks whether each time entry or expense has been pulled onto an invoice. Anything already invoiced during the week drops off the next run on its own.
Can it ignore certain clients or projects?
Yes. Give WebRun a list of retainer clients or internal projects to skip and they are left out of both the Teams breakdown and the Telegram total.
