Questions, answered
Will it message the people who missed a call?
No. The roundup only goes to your internal Slack and Teams channels. WebRun never emails, texts or invites an attendee, so nobody outside your team is contacted about who did or did not join.
Does it start, schedule or record meetings itself?
No. WebRun only reads the meetings that were already scheduled and the recordings that already exist. It never starts a call, changes an invitation, or turns recording on, so the account is untouched.
What happens when a call was not recorded?
The roundup says so plainly for that meeting rather than leaving a blank. It still shows who joined and for how long, so you know the call happened and that only the recording is missing.
