Automated Fountain Onboarding Document Chase
Every morning, WebRun opens Fountain, looks at applicants with a start date coming up, records which documents are still missing and which background checks are unfinished, files the completed paperwork into a Google Drive folder per hire, and sends the recruiter a Telegram chase list.
How do I make sure new hires have every document before day one?
WebRun chases onboarding paperwork in Fountain every morning. It finds hires with a start date in the next two weeks, records which documents and background checks are still missing, files completed paperwork into a Google Drive folder per hire, and sends the recruiter a Telegram chase list.
- Missing paperwork surfaces days before the start date, not on it
- Every hire has a Drive folder showing done and outstanding items
- Nobody shows up on day one unable to work
Built for recruiters · high volume hiring teams · HR operations · staffing coordinators

Google Drive - file the completed paperwork

- File the documents already completed so the folder mirrors the record
- Add a short checklist file naming what is still outstanding

-

Telegram - send the chase list

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it message applicants directly?
No. WebRun sends the chase list only to your internal Telegram channel. It never emails, texts, or messages an applicant, and it never advances or rejects anyone in Fountain.
How far ahead does it look?
Fourteen days by default, and you can widen or narrow that. Anyone starting within three days is pushed to the top of the list, because that is when a missing document actually blocks day one.
Where do the documents end up?
In a Google Drive folder per hire, restricted to the hiring team, holding what is already complete plus a checklist of what is outstanding. Nothing is shared outside your team.
Put this on autopilot.
