Automatic Formsort Abandoned Flow Alerts
Every few hours, WebRun opens Formsort, checks every flow started since the last run, saves completed submissions as records in Google Drive, and posts a Slack alert listing who abandoned a flow and which step they stopped on.
How do I get alerted when someone abandons a Formsort flow?
WebRun checks Formsort every few hours for flows that were started but not finished, archives every completed submission to Google Drive, and posts your team a Slack list of who abandoned a flow and exactly which step they stopped on. Drop-offs get surfaced within hours instead of being noticed weeks later.
- Abandoned flows get flagged within hours, not discovered weeks later
- Every completed submission is archived automatically in Google Drive
- Teams see exactly which step causes the most drop-off

Questions, answered
Does it contact people who abandoned a flow?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list for your team. It never emails or messages someone who dropped off a form on its own.
How does it know where someone stopped?
It reads the last completed step recorded on each in-progress Formsort flow, so the drop-off point is exact, not estimated.
What happens to finished submissions?
Completed flows are archived as records in Google Drive automatically, filed by their flow, so nothing is left sitting only in Formsort.
